Prosus NV’s President and chief investment officer Ervin Tu will step down after a four-year tenure, facilitating a restructuring and new CEO appointment. Tu, who joined in 2021, will remain as an advisor. The Amsterdam-based tech investor, majority-owned by Naspers, aims for growth under successor Fabricio Bloisi.
