A 30-year-old man from Waterloo is facing 11 charges related to attempted theft and theft from vehicles. The man, described as a “prolific offender,” was arrested in Kitchener after trying to enter parked vehicles. He had just been released from custody for another incident. Waterloo Regional Police are handling the case, and the accused is awaiting a bail hearing.
