Overnight Russian drone and missile attacks in Ukraine kill 12, including three children in Zhytomyr and a man in Mykolaiv. The assaults follow heavy attacks on Kyiv. Diplomatic efforts for ceasefire have failed as Russia continues full-scale invasion since February 2022, controlling 20% of Ukrainian territory.
