Former Free State premier and ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule, along with 17 co-accused including businessman Edwin Sodi, will face corruption and money laundering charges in the Bloemfontein high court for a R255m asbestos tender. Magashule maintains his innocence and vows to plead not guilty, claiming he never took money from the state or any businessperson.
