Supreme Court of Appeal dismisses Magudumana’s bid to have her arrest declared unlawful

Dr. Nandipha Magudumana’s bid to challenge her arrest in Tanzania was dismissed by the Supreme Court in Bloemfontein. She was apprehended while fleeing with her accomplice, convicted murderer Thabo Bester. Magudumana claimed her extradition was unlawful, but the court ruled in favor of the police, stating she consented to return to South Africa. The appeal was dismissed with costs.
