A massive glacier collapse in Blatten, Switzerland, flooded plains, destroyed homes, and left one person missing. Despite the village being evacuated due to glacier disintegration fears, significant damage occurred. Drone footage captured the Birch glacier collapsing, causing a mud avalanche over the village. Many houses were flattened in the disaster.
