Steve Pacak, a long-time Naspers employee, sold 500,000 Prosus shares valued at around R380 million. Naspers, the majority owner of Prosus, disclosed that Pacak sold 350,000 shares at €39.75 and 150,000 shares at €39.66 on February 10, 2025.
