During a White House meeting, Donald Trump presented misleading evidence of mass killings of white South Africans, using images from the Democratic Republic of Congo and falsely portraying footage as depicting “burial sites.” The images were actually from humanitarian workers in Goma, Congo, and a memorial site in South Africa. The White House did not comment on the matter.
