A male and female runner were hit by an allegedly drunk driver on Victoria Road in the Atlantic Seaboard. The female runner was flung over a wall, and emergency services had to rescue her. The male runner is okay, while the female runner is critical but stable. The driver lost control of the vehicle, causing the accident. Ward 54 Councillor Nicola Jowell provided updates on the incident.
