Six people have died in a head-on collision on the N4 in Mpumalanga between an SUV and a bakkie. The crash occurred between Machadodorp and Belfast, with one injured victim later succumbing to injuries at a hospital. Authorities are investigating the cause, possibly linked to reckless driving.
