Trump announced on Truth social that Bozell, founder of Media Research Center, will be the next US ambassador to South Africa. Bozell was previously nominated to head US Agency for Global Media but was put out of a job due to shutdowns. The nomination for South Africa ambassador follows the withdrawal of his previous nomination. Senate confirmation is pending.
