An elephant seal caused excitement in a Cape Town neighborhood as it wandered the streets on Tuesday morning. The Cape of Good Hope SPCA is working on a plan to safely relocate the seal back to the ocean. Traffic was halted, and residents gathered to witness the unusual sight. Wildlife vet assistance is awaited for the sedation and transport of the seal.
