Power outages hit Centurion and Pretoria due to a fire at the Waltloo substation and shutdown of Njala Line 1. City of Tshwane confirms fire at Waltloo Transformer 1B caused outages in various areas. Emergency Services extinguished the fire, but the cause remains unknown. Technicians assessing damage before repairs begin.
