Zimbabwe’s President Mnangagwa suspends tariffs on US imports to improve relations after Trump imposed tariffs on Zimbabwean exports. The move aims to boost American imports in Zimbabwe and increase Zimbabwean exports to the US. The countries have had strained relations due to land policies and human rights issues. Trade between them was $111.6m in 2024.
