MK party president Jacob Zuma supports secretary general Floyd Shivambu despite calls for his removal. Party head of presidency Magasela Mzobe stated that Zuma has full confidence in Shivambu and has no intention of removing him. Calls for removal came from some regions citing performance and behavior issues. Zuma’s daughter, Duduzile Sambudla-Zuma, rumored to support removing Shivambu.
