Zuma-era State Security Agency spy boss and agent finally face charges of theft from covert fund

Two former members of the State Security Agency’s Covert Support Unit arrested for allegedly misappropriating R6 million between 2010 and 2017 during Jacob Zuma’s presidency. NPA accuses Ntshavheni Prince Makhwathana and Matome Solomon Ralebipi of stealing state funds. The suspects face charges of money laundering, fraud, perjury, and uttering. Released on bail after appearing in court.
